I paid for extra 200gb storage and I still don’t have it, it showed I did but then it went back to 36gb

What do I do?

iCloud Storage, the one you can buy more off, does not in any way affect the local capacity of your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. If you bought 200GB of iCloud storage then its on iCloud, not your iOS device.

Check Settings->Account(top of settings)->iCloud for your actual iCloud Storage.

For your iOS device’s local capacity, which again is different to iCloud, to go to Settings->General->iPhone / iPod / iPad Storage.
