Allowing camera access for Applications

Ok so I’m having trouble. Basically whenever I go onto an app suck as Snapchat, tiktok, Instagram or whatever else it says it has no camera acsess and when I go to allow permission there is no camera or mic option. I recently updated my iCloud and it changed all my contacts back to how they used to be so I don’t know if that could be part of it or not
