Pairing watch with new phone watch on reboot screen

I was trying to pair my Apple Watch with my new phone and think I made a mistake. The watch asked me if I wanted to pair to new phone first. So I clicked on it through the watch and now the watch is stuck on a black screen with the loading symbol and it won’t come off that signal. What do I do?!

Apple Watch won’t pair - hangs and goes blank I’m trying to pair my watch from my old phone to new phone. It started then stopped and now on my watch says Please continue set up on iPhone. However, the screen is blank so the viewfinder can’t read info. I cannot get “i” symbol on phone to pair manually. Does this mean I have to reset to factory settings? Did you remove/unpair the watch from your old phone first?.
