I canceled Applecare and I’m still being charged
last year I upgraded from an iPhone 11 to a 13 Pro Max. Ever since then apple has been charging me for Apple care on the device I return via the upgrade program of my provider. Last year I called to cancel my subscription, I received confirmation that Applecare was canceled for the device, the support app shows the contract is canceled and yet I still received bills/charges.
Anyone else encounter a frustrating experience with AppleCare and respective supporting teams?
