Can i buy an iphone xs max battery only?

I had a battery replaced on an older iPhone at the Apple Store. I did not leave the iPhone with the Apple Store for 3 - 5 days. They called me when the battery had arrived and then I took my iPhone there. iPhone’s battery was replaced within 90 minutes the same day.

I am not sure where you are located and therefore not sure whether you will have the same type of service.

Apple does not sell individual replacement parts. If you want to perform your own battery replacement then you will have to purchase the battery and other tools from elsewhere. I still recommend against it.

My recommendation is that you do NOT try and install the battery yourself. You can have your iPhone XS Max’s battery replaced at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center.
