Uploading photos to Walgreens

When uploading pics to Walgreens from Iphone 12, many photos are uploading as blank black boxes.

Please help

By default iPhone 12 takes photos in HEIF format. If you will be uploading directly you might want to set camera format to most compatible (jpg)

Settings, Camera, Formats

and turn off Live Photo which produces a short video.

If the photos can't be retaken you can process them via Photos app on Mac or Pc and export as jpg. Or screenshot them in Photos and upload the screenshot.
