I recently purchased an Apple Watch OS8.3 and want to view the Fitness+ workouts I received for free on my Lenovo laptop

I have the Apple Watch Workout App. Do I need Apple Fitness+ I don't know if this has been asked before and tried searching but there are a lot of entries, but nothing specific on my topic. I have the workout app on my apple watch plus I'm still in my free-trial for Fitness+. I only use the Outdoor Cycling workout on the Workout app. I see the benefits of Fitness+ but not sure if I need it since it has a lot of pre-recorded workouts. That's great for many people, I just don't use it. Can I still use the Outlook Cycling workout in the workout app if I don't have Fitness+ and have it cross over to my health app or do I need to have Fitness+? Thanks Michael

how to apple fitness+ How do you do a workout on Apple Fitness+ . I have an Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV and I can't figure this out? How do you pair the watch to the Fitness app? Is the Fitness app the same as the activity app? I can only preview workouts, not play them. Yes, I signed up for Apple One.

Can you watch apple fitness programs on a Mac? I'd like to watch Apple Fitness+ programs on a bigger screen, yet still link to the watch and phone. It seems to straightforward with an iPad, but is there a way to share with a MacBook?
