My phone hasn’t been working for the last couple of days. Apps won’t open or will shut down while being used, I can’t delete apps or photos, can’t restart my phone, and I’m being told correct wifi password is incorrect.

You mentioned that you cannot launch some apps, other will close unexpectedly, and you cannot restart your iPhone, is that right? What happens when you try to restart it? Hi,
I contacted apple support and go it resolved. Had to install the latest software, that’s all. Never had issues like this with previous phones so a little worried but now I’m aware of what to expect next time. Thanks for commenting.
