apple id has been disabled in itunes

I can't download any apps, my phone is saying that my apple id / account has been disabled in the app store and in itunes ?

I've changed my password for apple id and it hasn't worked yet.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
