If you cannot find it in the App Library.. or in Settings > [app name], then the app is not installed on your phone.

You could also search for it in the App Store. You should see a cloud icon with a down arrow I believe. If that's what you see, the app is not on your iPhone. If the app IS on your iPhone, it will say 'Open' instead of having the download icon.

What your screenshot is showing is your purchase history. Other than 'hiding' that, you cannot delete it from your history.

but that doesn't mean it's installed on your phone. Again, if you cannot located it in your App Library or in Settings, then it's not on your phone.
