Mac Mouse

How can I tell if my mouse is charging? I have the mouse connected via usb to my Mac however I have no idea if it’s charging. The mouse hasn’t started responding yet making me wonder if it’s not charging.

Magic Mouse 2 is not charging My Magic Mouse 2 is not charging. I looked at videos on how to charge the mouse. I search for answers on why it is not charging. It seams that I do everything that is necessary to replenish the battery but nothing work ! Is there a trick I don't know about ?

Magic Mouse 2 is not Charging I am trying to charge my magic mouse 2 and since it is not paired, there is no indication it is charging. I tried charging overnight and it didn't pair. I know the cord works because it will charge my keyboard. Was there a special cable for charging the mouse besides the common USB-to-Lightning?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

Go to System Preferences > Mouse and look at "Mouse battery level".
