My iPhone 12 is completely frozen, how can I contact Apple Support via email?

I do not have another phone handy.

This is Bonnie Lane again, I was finally able to unfreeze my phone by holding the power down for awhile, when at first I did that nothing happened, except once the alarm sounded! So all is well now..
