My son and daughter got vaccinations on the same dates - 2 QR codes but apple heath app/ wallet can only add one. When I scanned the 2nd QR code, it said the record is already added. This happens to my friends as well. Who knows any way around or any fix?
Thank you so much. I did talk to support and exactly what you said - it is designed one device for one vaccination card. Though I would say it is a very unfriendly design for parents with young kids though.
It really is designed for just the phone owner but you might want to click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to contact Apple Support and see what they say.
