I have requested a refund for an app that quit working, it only allows me to go back two months for the request. I've contacted the app itself and they agreed to refund, but because the purchase was through apple, apple has to refund. How can I go back in my history of purchases beyond 2 months?

the purchase history only allows me to go back by two months for a refund.
I have tried going to the "get support" link and it just takes me to the same place.
