Multiple finger ID

After adding the 2nd finger ID, the 1st finger ID cannot scan to perform unlock, etc. But 2nd finger ID is able to scan to unlock, and other authentication. How to use both finger IDs for all actions?

Add a New Finger ID:

Add a Fingerprint - Then, delete the current one giving you the issue. Then, add a new one with the proper configurations. Where to go and what to perform.

  1. Go Here: Set up Touch ID on iPhone - Apple Support
  2. First Add One: Add a fingerprint
  3. Then, Delete Current One: Name or delete a fingerprint
  4. The, add another a fingerprint.
