Why don’t Stan programme’s not appear in Up Next here in Australia?

I understand Netflix doesn’t due to them not wanting to be on the platform but Stan?

Stan is not among the apps that have chosen to be supported in the Apple TV app.

23 other third party apps are able to connect to it in Australia, though.
