What if I disable wake for or on network access? Should it be on, and if it is on will I need to enter my password when the Mac is being waked

if you disable it and share media with other devices on your network and they access the media they will timeout if the mac is not set to wake up and serve the clients attempting to access it's shared media
it has no impact on if you have to type in password when the mac wakes up for whatever reason
