iPhone frozen. Impossible to shut down or to move the screen.

iPhone frozen on application> Impossible to shut down or to move the application. Blue screen frozen on "loading information" I tried everything to move cursor of the application...

Try a "forced" restart of your iPhone, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
