Apple Watch setup claims I am not connected to internet

I have gotten an old Apple Watch Series 4, however while setting it up with my Iphone 12 pro it does not set saying "Unable to Check for Update- Checking for a software update failed because you are not connected to the internet"

I have tried all options like Hard Reset, changing WiFis, Deleting the Watch App etc but nothing works
