The top one is my left wrist the bottom is from my right wrist. I had and Hermes Apple Watch 5 and it never did this to me. I read plenty of reviews and made sure my watch was not to tight and I used it according to wear and care of apple. I switched wrist thinking that would help. I’m at loss here as I LOVE MY APPLE WATCH!
