When I delete videos in 4k resolution, I found the storage same as before delete the video…… before take a video was 90 GB then when I took video came to be 140 GB then when I deleted video just same 140 GB

Did you go to the recently deleted folder in the app and delete them from there? If not they will automatically be removed 30 days from the date you deleted them.

Did you delete it ftom the Recently Deleted album?
Or better yet empty the recently deleted album in Settings, General, iphone storage which is where you are in that shot.
