I want "Silence Unknown Callers" to be on the "fast settings" screen (swiping down from top right).

This isn't a question as much as a feature request. Maybe "Where can I submit a feature request"?

I want "Silence Unknown Callers" to be on the "fast settings" screen (swiping down from top right). I have to turn "Silence Unknown Callers" sometimes to allow someone I don't know (like a business) to call me back, but in general I want the feature to be on. For these periods of time when I want to allow unknown callers, I have to open Settings, find the setting and turn it on or off. It's not easy to flip back and forth, and yet I do it fairly frequently, more often than airplane mode. I want it to be easy and fast to change, like airplane mode.
