I've Apple Music Family Subscription but I'm charged for individual one

Hello, i have family subscription on Apple Music, but but I'm charged $ 4.99 for an individual subscription. Why? Can you please stop it?

This looks like a Vodafone UA issue, contact them. If they won’t help, see https://support.apple.com/billing and contact Apple directly for further issues.

The individual subscription will stop tomorrow i.e. you won’t be charged again.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. it’s not vodafone ua issues, and my bank cannot help me. witch request should I choose when I contact Apple directly?
