Share Name and Photo
My devices randomly are asking me to share my name and photo when I have already shared it with specific contact.
Also
It’s offering me to update contacts in Messages when I have already done so
Any ideas?

It explains: “Your name and photo can be shared with anyone using iMessage, but you'll be asked to confirm that you want to share with someone when sending or replying to a new message. You can also turn sharing on and off.”
Regarding the Contacts update requests, do you have your iCloud account synced with other devices? Have they been updated? Let us know a bit more about that situation and we can help with that message as well.
