I was cleaning out my icloud because it's too full and I accidentally deleted my notes and now I can' t find them back...
Is there any way to hack my phone or something to find them back?

That depends on what you use for notes. If it's an iCloud note, open Notes and look under recently deleted. If your notes are tied to a different account, check your trash in those accounts; not all accounts save deleted notes.
No. Those are then irrecoverable
I think I permanently deleted them from my iCloud… and I think there is no way to get them back… so I was actually wondering if there’s any way to hack my phone and find them anyhow…
