I had deleted a very important note from my notes. Is there anyway i can get it back?

The answer depends on where your notes are housed.
If they're in iCloud, tap "<Folders" in the upper left of the Notes app, then look in "Recently Deleted".
"Backed up to iCloud" is irrelevant. Notes are not contained in backups.
The question is whether you house your Notes in iCloud. Check Settings > Notes > Accounts.

Yes they are housed in iCloud
I’m not sure when it got deleted. All my stuff should be backed up to iCloud
