Left corner swipe not working

Left corner swipe does not work on ipad 9th (os 15.2)

Note that I can trigger right corner swipe as well.

As a diagnostic exercise, initially set both the left and right corner-swipe options to OFF - then close the Settings App.


Next, perform a forced restart your iPad:


  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.




After restarting your iPad, you can re-enable the left and right corner swipe gestures. Be aware that there appears to be bug in iPadOS15 whereby the screenshot corner-swipe gesture can only be triggered with the Apple Pencil - and not with your finger.
