We understand you're running into some problems sending photos and videos between an iPhone and an Android, and we're here to help. Then you need to call them back. As I said, there are no settings for SMS on the iPhone, with the exception of your APN settings. Those, however, are set with your carrier file. Again, the carrier has to troubleshoot this and only they can trace what happens when you attempt to send an SMS/MMS on their network. You need to have cellular data turn on to use, not wi-fi when it comes to sending MMS to non-iOS devices as well.

Contact your carrier. They are responsible for SMS/MMS that go to Android devices. They need to troubleshoot your issue.
