Disable iCloud Photos and Back Up to Google Photos

Hi! I am changing the photo storage tool from iCloud to Google Photos. I completed the backup of photos and videos from iCloud to Google. There were also photos and videos that were never backed up from my iphone to iCloud because I ran out of the iCloud storage space. When I try to disable iCloud Photos I am getting the following message:

"This iPhone was not able to download full -resolution photos and videos. If you continue, the low-resolution version of these photos and videos will be removed".

I just want to make sure the above message is referring to the photos and videos I already backed up to Google from iCloud, and it will not affect the photos that are only on my phone (and not backed up to iCloud because I ran out of the storage space as noted above).

Can someone help confirm this?

How did you transfer from iCloud to Google Photos? Before suggesting any type of removal, check out this article which explains how optimized storage works for iCloud: Get help with iCloud Photos

"If you have Optimize Storage turned on, you might not have all of your original photos and videos on your device. To download the original photos and videos on your iOS device, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos and select Download and Keep Originals. On your Mac, open Photos, choose Photos > Preferences, then click iCloud, then select Download Originals to this Mac. Keep your device plugged in to power and connected to the internet. After your originals download, you can turn off iCloud Photos. You can also select the photos and videos that you want to download from iCloud.com.

Before you turn off iCloud Photos, you might want to make a copy of your photos and videos."
