Request for refund, status stated refunded but no amount reflected on account
I received an email notification that an application was renewed. I did not click on any renewal process and it was automatically deducted for a 1 year renewal of $43.98 without my consent . Once I received the email I immediately checked and did a cancellation on the 7th January 2022. Based on the attached photos, the amount have been refunded. However, checking my account. The amount has yet to go back into my account. I am wondering how long does it take for apple to process the refund before I am able to get my refund and may I know if the process of refund have been done?
