Why are my notifications not happening on my new phone

Did you create all focus settings? If yes then delete it all then go to settings notifications turn on summary , back to notifications and do this , one by one in all your apps turn off/on notifications and select immediate delivery option like in this picture , do that to all your apps you can create your focus settings later after set if you notifications
