My 13 phone and air 2 iPad will not pair.
My iPhone 13 and iPad Air 2 will not pair. However my Bose speaker and headphones have paired. Continuing to search for hours. I’ve taken ask steps advised.

This is expected behaviour. What are you hoping to accomplish by Bluetooth pairing? While Apple devices need Bluetooth activated for many functions, in most cases pairing in the traditional sense is not required.
