Is there any way to backup photos from a locked iPhone?

I have locked my iPhone by entering the wrong passcode too many times. If I restore in iTunes I will lose all data eg. all my honeymoon photos. :((

Is there any way to backup before I restore? Or force sync to iCloud? Or can Apple support somehow do it?

I have tried connecting it to the Mac I previously used it with but no luck. :(

Unfortunately, no. Once the phone is disabled the data is gone.
