Can not add card Alfa bank

I tried to add Alfa bank card on Wallet, but I got a message that this card already there.

In fact in wallet it is not available.

What can I do?

go to iCloud.com on a computer>sign in and go to account settings>tap on the device>select remove Apple Pay.
Sign out of your Apple ID
restart the device and sign back into your Apple ID.
try to add cards again.
