Unable to install DMG files on Monterey v12.2

I have an M1 MacBook Air with Monterey v12.2. I get the "right click and open" message while installing/running any DMG file. Even while right-clicking and opening it, it redirects me back to this (sometimes I get Adobe Flash Player installation message) I have already selected the "Anywhere" option for "Allow apps downloaded from:" I have also tried a factory reset on the Mac, but still getting the same message. Please refer below image. Any permanent fix for this. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

The DMG file you took a screenshot of and uploaded is malware. In addition, Adobe Flash Player is no longer used or available for download from Adobe.

Delete the malicious DMG, then run the free Malwarebytes for Mac to remove any malware.

Also,

I have already selected the "Anywhere" option for "Allow apps downloaded from"

Change that back immediately to either "App Store" or "App Store and Identified Developers".
