I purchase Malwarebytes upon inference of tech. BUT Malwarebytes have not responded to any of my concerns for a week. I cannot follow the directions on Apple site. I didn't know not to purchase from Malwarebytes' website. I need help please. Thank you

I have paid for non functioning premium security
What part of Malwarebytes is not working?

Hello, Jack. I was able to stop the auto renewal but not cancel the current one. It is within 30 days. And as I said, no one has reponded to my support tickets. Is there a way to cancel the current one, otherwise I have paid for non functioning premium security. thank you for responding so quickly
