Vertical Screen Discoloration MacBook Pro '19

Unplugged my 13 inch MBP '19 from the secondary display and suddenly had this discolored vertical bar on my screen. I've tried recreating by plugging in the secondary display and mirroring my screen to see if it transferred but it didn't. I've reset the SMC and started it in Safe Mode to no avail. Anyone know of anything I can do before having to take it in and spend $$$ to fix? Thanks.

If rebooting or a resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)

does not sort it, then I would expect a hardware failure of some sort.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
