How can I delete inclave account from my iPhone and make sure it’s not retrieving my data

Does anyone know how I can delete my information and delete my inclave account?

I was signing up for a website but when I got done and ok’d and agreed to the t & c’s it came up as inclave which I have never heard of. I tried navigating the page to look for a close/delete account option but it didn’t. Please help
