Where is my statement and due date?

I am assuming that your question is related to the Apple Card.

Open Wallet app ➡️ Apple Card ➡️ Scroll down to 2021 Statements: The statements always close on the last day of a given month and the payment is due on last day of the following month. For example, the statement that closed on December 31st 2021, the payment is due on January 31st 2022.

If you are referring to the Apple Card you will get it electronically. Due date is the end of the month and you will receive reminders.
