Log In To Two different accounts on duplicated apps on iphone

Now that iOS 15 allows for multiple copies of an app how do we log each copy into different accounts? Or do we have to wait will iOS XX for that privilege?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 15

Apps are permanently tied to 1 (one) Apple ID (the one that was used to download/install them.

Does anyone have a recommended 3rd party app that allows different account logins for multiple copies of iphone apps. I see there are several for social network apps but I'm dealing with a crypto app. Thanks!
