Flashing apple logo

My ipad 11 is stuck and won’t get past the apple logo. It continuously flashes. I am able to get to the recovery screen and I can start to update it or restore it (I have tried both multiple times) using my Mac, but when the apple logo flashes again the update errors. I try to restart the update and it just does the same thing, starts to update and then errors.

You can do this as follows:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.
