Hello Everyone, today I went to the Apple store at the mall and bought a new Apple watch. I asked the person about the trade-in and she said I will have to send it in. But on my recipe, it don't say anything about a trade-in or anything to ship it back. Will I still get a mailable back box or did she mess it up ?.

You may send your Apple Watch in for trade, but if the trade wasn’t done at the Apple Store, you would receive an Apple Gift Card for the value of the old item.
