Apple ID of someone who has died
I currently am trying to erase an Apple ID account of someone who has passed in my family, I do not know the Apple ID password, so how would I go about this?

I'm afraid the only way to do this is to get Apple to release their account to you, and for this you will need to get a Court Order. Please see How to request access to a deceased family member's Apple account - Apple Support
