I’ve forgotten my notes password and there’s a lot of important stuff on there and I cannot get on to it
was just wondering if there’s anything anyone can do or if you have the same problem

The note password is used as an encryption key. Without that key, the note cannot be decrypted. The first time you encrypted a note, you were told that the password you specify must be remembered as it is the only way to open the note.
If the password to an encrypted note could be bypassed, then the encryption is worthless.
Without that password, those notes will remain locked forever.

It has nothing to do with Apple figuring out how to unlock them. This is designed to keep your data safe from being hacked.
It is up to you to remember the password to your notes.
Proper stressing me out there’s some really important stuff on there Apple needs to figure out a way to unlock them instead of bringing out loads of new iPhones
