Does stop paying for family subscription under Apple One plan stop family sharing apps?

We are thinking of reducing our overall monthly subscription service costs but I’m not entirely sure how it will impact the family.

Under the Apple One plan, if you stop paying for Family subscription $14.99/month does that stop the family from sharing apps?

They will keep their apps , stop paying a subscription won’t affect them with apps but music movies iCloud storage games Apple TV+ definitely they won’t have , iCloud storage if they are over the free 5 gigs when they was in the family plan definitely they will lose everything and they 5 gigs will be full with not more ICloud Storage available
