I have an iPhone 6S which is supposed to be compatible with Version 15.2..downloaded BUT getting error when it trys to install?! what to do?

I have an iPhone 6S on Version 12.4.1 which is supposed to be compatible with Version 15.2..downloaded BUT getting error when it tries to install?! what to do?

Is it possible to upload to 13 or 14 if not able to install 15? If so how to go to an earlier version?

How are you doing it?

As others are indicating, the preferred way is to use a computer, which will download a complete (and not incremental) iOS build and install it. Sometimes trying to update through Wi-Fi alone doesn't work if the amount of free space is inadequate. I also prefer to do it that way because it will always back up to the computer before installing the update.

Is it still working? If it is, then through a computer is usually the best way. If there are issues, one workaround is to back up to the computer, then restore to factory conditions, which will install the latest version of iOS compatible with your iPhone. Then recover from the backup.
