I am having Iphone 12 covered under Apple Care Protection Plan and facing charging issues since my charging port have got loose. What is the solution to be provided by he apple care in case it doesn't works after cleaning also?

Hard to say without seeing it. There’s typical wear and tear and there’s accidental damage. I’m not sure if repeatedly missing the port and loosening the hole would be covered, but if you have AppleCare+ I suspect it would be with the deductible. I would give it a try to get it covered under warranty, especially if it looks normal.
What happens? Does it just intermittently show a connection?
Other than perhaps asking for a warranty replacement (and it might not be covered) the other way around it would be to charge wirelessly.
