How do I install SQL Server 2019 on M1 Mac 64GB 1TB SSD with Parallels and Windows 11

1. The only version of Windows 11 that will run on an M1 based Mac using virtualization or otherwise is a 'technology preview' which is not available to the public or licensed for production use.
2. If SQL server 2019 won't run on the windows 11 arm preview, you'll have to take that up with Microsoft.
3. Bottom line, what you're trying to do isn't strictly legal... Any support, if available at all, would have to come from Microsoft.

Are you certain SQL Server 2019 is compatible with the ARM64 version of Windows 11? Some things aren't.

To run a Windows 11 on an M1 Equipped Apple Computer is a VM Software would require an ARMs based version of Microsoft Windows 11 which is no offered to the Public.

If or when that may occur - best to communicated directly with the Developers of this OS.

You can't. Windows 11 production version is not supported on a M1 Mac.
