Second Apple ID for work only

How can I see all the email addresses on my Apple ID? I want to use my work email for a new work Apple ID and the system does not recognise that email??

Apple IDs for different devices My Apple ID is currently associated with my work email. I will be leaving my position at the end of the year and that email will go away. My personal apple phone and IPad are also connected via this Apple ID. I just purchased a new MackBook for personal use and wnat to know if I should go ahead and connect it now using the same Apple ID, and then change the currently associated email when I leave my current employer? Or should I try and create a new Apple ID (although Apple keeps telling me that my personal emails are already connected to an Apple ID).

My work email ends in .ca is there a way to create a Apple ID with it still?
