update iOS

I have an older IPAD, modelMD512LL/A. trying to install Kindle app, it says it needs iOS 12 or higher to work, IPAD has iOS 10.3.3 , can this be upgraded ?

installing IOS 14 and higher on older models current apps require IOS 13+, I can't even install the Netflix app on my iPad mini 3 because it's an outdated version of the operating system. do something about it. why now even the iPhone 6s can be updated to version IOS 15?

dialabrain means 10.3.3 is as high as your iPad can go.
